Are there any fees on top of the price per night?
Yes — a one-time cleaning fee is charged per stay. It is shown in the price breakdown and included in the total. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the price per night, and there is no deposit or key money.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Following the steps we send in advance, you can get in without stopping by a front desk.
What is an apartment hotel?
A place to stay with in-room living facilities like a kitchen and washing machine, booked and checked into like a hotel. It works for anything from a single night up to 29 nights.
Is there cleaning during a multi-night stay?
As these are short stays, there is generally no scheduled cleaning during your stay (please ask about longer bookings).
Can I use the kitchen and washing machine?
Most rooms have a kitchen and a washing machine. Check each room's amenities for details.
- Check-in 16:00 / check-out 10:00. There is no front desk; you check in yourself following the steps we send in advance.
- Linens and towels are provided for the number of guests. They are not changed during your stay.
- Amenities and supplies are provided once at check-in; we do not hand out extras.
- Rooms have a smart monitor (Android) instead of a TV. Broadcast TV is not available, but you can watch Netflix, Prime Video and others with your own account, and YouTube for free.
- All prices shown are totals including the cleaning fee. Payment is by credit card.

Choose your dates and number of guests to see availability for all three room types, with total prices including the cleaning fee. Stays of 1 to 29 nights can be booked right away. For 30 nights or more, please send a monthly-stay inquiry.
